Salt & Earth Psychology welcomes self-referrals as well as referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, and other health professionals.
We provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological therapy for adults — available online Australia-wide and in person in Elwood, Melbourne.
Referral Options
We accept referrals under a range of funding pathways, including:
Medicare services under the Better Access Initiative, including:
– Mental Health Care Plans (MHCPs)
– Eating Disorder Care Plans (EDCPs)Victorian TAC (Transport Accident Commission)
WorkCover Victoria
Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS (self-funded therapy only)
Private clients (no referral required)
This flexibility allows your patients to access professional support that suits their needs and funding arrangements.

Any relevant background information
Salt & Earth Psychology accepts new clients for therapy addressing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship or intimacy issues.
Communication With Referrers
Referrers will receive a summary letter after the client’s initial session, with consent, outlining presenting concerns and therapeutic focus.
Progress or review updates can be provided upon request to ensure coordinated care.
