Psychology that meets you where you are

Sometimes life becomes harder than it should be.

You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns that no longer seem to make sense. Perhaps difficult experiences from the past continue to shape your relationships, confidence, sense of safety, or ability to enjoy life in the present.

At Salt & Earth Psychology, therapy is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care. We work collaboratively to help you understand what is happening beneath the surface, make sense of your experiences, and create meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.

Appointments are available online across Australia and in person in Elwood, Melbourne.

Areas of Support

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process distressing memories, difficult experiences, and emotional patterns that continue to affect their lives.

EMDR may be helpful for trauma, PTSD, anxiety linked to past experiences, distressing memories, and experiences that feel emotionally "stuck".

Trauma can affect the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. Its impact is not always obvious. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, people pleasing, difficulties with trust, or a persistent sense of being on edge.

Support is available for childhood trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, emotional neglect, relational trauma, and other difficult life experiences.
