In-Person Psychologist – Elwood

Meet face-to-face in our warm, confidential Elwood practice. In-person sessions offer a calm space away from the demands of daily life, where you can talk openly and feel supported. We welcome young people (16+) and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life changes, PTSD, complex trauma, relationship difficulties, and identity-related stress. Therapy is tailored to your needs using approaches like EMDR, CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and compassion-focused therapy—always grounded in an affirming, inclusive environment.

EMDR Therapy & Intensives – Melbourne & Online

A focused block of EMDR therapy to help you work through a specific issue, memory, or emotional pattern over a shorter time frame—without months between sessions.

Available in-person in Elwood or online Australia-wide.
